The photo is likened to a lion walking on a snow-white catwalk

Beautiful photos of lions were taken by amateur photographer Robert Grim, 51, from Prague during a trip to the zoo.

The photographer shared the images on social networks and quickly attracted the attention of netizens. The extremely beautiful photo of a lion makes many people think of the moment it seemed to walk on a snow-white catwalk, its majestic mane flying in the wind.

Robert Grim said the healthy lion was the result of a rescue from poor, illegal captivity. Now, it can freely roam inside the zoo, enjoying the natural scenery.

Tom the lion comfortably enjoys life inside the Na Hrádečku zoo, which is about 10 hectares wide

Robert Grim said: “The lion is named Tom, looks like he just stepped out of a luxury hair salon. Tom and Leo are two lions rescued from a bad, illegal captivity environment. Currently it is enjoying life in a large space. These two lions will celebrate their 6th birthday in May 2022.”

The lion pair often appears on the zoo’s social media channels. In 2020, on the occasion of World Lion Day on August 10, Na Hrádečku zoo ‘treated’ Tom and Leo to toys with a little meat hidden inside as a surprise.

Na Hrádečku Zoo is about 10 hectares wide and is home to more than 80 species of animals. Tourists will be able to see lions, lemurs, camels, llamas, ostriches, pandas and other animals living in open environments as close to nature as possible.

Na Hrádečku Zoo representative said they participate in conservation projects and cooperate with zoos across Europe. “We participate in conservation projects. We try to propagate and educate the community about nature conservation issues through guided tours,” said zoo representative Na Hrádečku .
